Travel Day

The planning is done and it’s time for our travels to Barcelona.

The good news - we got to sleep in because we have a late day flight so no pre-dawn trip to the airport. The bad news - we have an overnight flight to Barcelona with a long layover at JFK. The good news - we get to spend the layover in the Delta Sky Club.

Given the length of our flight and the overnight travel we upgraded to Delta’s Premium Select which gave us more seat room and the ability to recline in our seats beyond 1 inch.

We land in Barcelona at 11:30 am (5:30am eastern time) on Sunday. We might be a little jet lagged.
