Day at Sea

Today was our one sea day on this cruise. We woke fairly late, had coffee from the cafe and just watched the ocean for a while. There was a brunch served in the main dinning room from 10-1PM so we headed there around noon and enjoyed a few things. Azamara does a really nice brunch at least once on every cruise.

We spent the afternoon in the nice library and sitting by the pool and then we enjoyed dinner at Aquilina, one of the 2 specialty restaurants on the ship. The food and service are excellent at all of the restaurants.

After dinner we attended a show in the caberet lounge, the main entertainment venue. There are abut 8 main performers on the ship. They are all young, very energetic and quite delightful. While not the greatest performance, we did enjoy watching how much fun they had.

Just outside the theater is a nice bar with a pianist, Barry. He was pretty good and we enjoyed listening to him for a few songs as we had a drink before heading to bed.
