Disney Dream Cruise
Family Fun - June 24-July 2, 2022
What a great way to start the summer. We had some wonderful family time on our 5 night Disney Dream cruise that took us to Grand Cayman and Disney’s private island, Castaway Cay. The ship provided lots of opportunities for fun and relaxing during sea days and in the evenings.
A little time for fun before (and after) the cruise
Our cruise adventure began just after school let out in June, We flew to Miami and stayed overnight at a hotel close to the airport. It was a long travel day and we had time for a quick dinner at the hotel before settling in for the night. In the morning we had some time to enjoy the hotel pool prior to heading to the port for our 2PM boarding time. We spent the day here after the cruise too and enjoyed the pool before heading home.
Five days on the Disney Dream gave everyone time for fun and some relaxation.

The Kids Club was definitely a hit as was getting to see the premiere of Lightyear, fireworks on Pirate Night, seeing if Pepe was in his cabin and meeting new friends.
There was plenty of good food and drink for everyone - kids and adults
For our port day in Grand Cayman some of us went snorkeling while others paid a visit to the Stingrays. Both proved to be pretty exciting.
